Talk about trying to make people lead healthier life.  5 minutes is long enough if you cut out all the we already know about you and the end bit asking people to subscribe. I sometime feeling like unsubscribing when I get asked that . shee.</description>

		<description>Would you be healthy if you only eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds?

No Dairy and Grains..I&#039;m only 16 but I&#039;m thinking of eliminating these foods because my blood type doesn&#039;t accept them.  
Would something happend to me if I stopped?</description>
