this is really helpful. it has made me decide to rethink my diet. I feel tired all the time and I have added alot of weight recently. Do you have any advice on where I should go from here? I really would like a guide to nutrition. I work and find it difficult to have a stable diet. can you stir me in the right direction?

Oh wow! learned something new, I’ve always assumed that insulin sort of neutralised glucouse in the blood stream to keep levels entering the cells stable, like an alkali neutralising an acid, I had no idea that how it actualy did this was restrict or give access to glucouse in each individual cell!

she reminded me to get my salts and elecrolytes…and electrolytes (I’ve been eating bananas as well, does that help?). She said: you can overdose on water and get water toxicity, if all you do is drink water… – well, I’m only just trying to drink only water – but I’m eating healthy – no chips, no junk. feel great…..do I need to worry about this? How much salt does a person need? Can I get electrolytes from something beside gatorade? Thanks, in advance, for any help… : )

I have a question. I recently stopped drinking and taking in caffeine – including chocolate (unless very occasionally for the chocolate or water downed tea perhaps). I also used to guzzle large amounts of milk. Now I’m stopping that but may occasionally have cheese. I don’t drink juice – but eat the fruit instead. And barely take any white sugar. I lost weight, sleep and feel so great! It’s amazing but I got this advice from a relative (who also quit caffeine): you can overdose on water

Sometimes YouTube screws up and say’s a video isn’t available. It’s just an error, try the refresh. If it still doesn’t work, come back later and it will work.

The video is still up though.

    Thanks. :)

  15. psychetruth says:

lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds would be excellent and a much more healthy diet than what most people America eat.

  16. liplylips says:

Would you be healthy if you only eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds?

No Dairy and Grains..I’m only 16 but I’m thinking of eliminating these foods because my blood type doesn’t accept them.
Would something happend to me if I stopped?

You make your videos too long. you are supposed to take a break from the monitor every 15 minute. Talk about trying to make people lead healthier life. 5 minutes is long enough if you cut out all the we already know about you and the end bit asking people to subscribe. I sometime feeling like unsubscribing when I get asked that . shee.

    Good stuff.

    Slight correction

Storing fat in the midsection is a male characteristic.

Women store it in the thighs.

  20. CubanED says:

Carbohydrate metabolism causes the body to need more vitamins and minerals. It has been proven that an all-meat diet doesn’t result in deficiencies.

Over half of your body’s antioxidant capacity is from uric acid, a protein metabolism byproduct.

Fiber scars the intestines and makes nutrients more difficult to absorb.

  21. greenbricks420 says:

fruits and vegetables provide us with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals why wouldn’t they be part of a healthy diet?
